Myer Head Office

Lighting refurbishment of Myer's corporate head office spanning 4 floors. The project involved replacing outdated fluorescent lighting with energy-efficient LED solutions while maintaining the heritage character of the building's interior architecture.

The Challenge

Working within a heritage-listed building required custom mounting solutions that didn't damage original ceiling features. The project had to be completed in stages to allow continued occupation of the building.

The Results

Achieved 55% energy reduction with a projected payback period of 2.8 years. The new lighting system integrated with the existing BMS via DALI controls, enabling automated scheduling and daylight harvesting.
